Brewer and Henry Pittman; and his siblings, Arnold K. "Skip" Perkins, Raymond Perkins and Dorothy Culver.

He is survived by : his girlfriend Sharon Albney; his children, Debbie Perkins Brewer of Coudersport, Diana (Perkins), Sandra Perkins Hurd (Cory) of Shinglehouse, Timothy "Tim" Perkins of Sarasota, FL, Jeffrey "Jeff" Albney (Heather) of Port Allegany and Jason Albney of Coudersport; his grandchildren, Monica Perkins Jones, Joe Pittman, Andy Perkins, Michael Perkins, Jr., Ashley Perkins, Makayla Albney, McCoy Albney, McKyle Albney, Hannah Albney, Austin Albney, Heaven Hurd, Aubree Hurd, Tory Lynn Hurd, Brittney Hurd, Cory Junior Hurd and Connor Hurd; his great grandchildren, Alexia Pittman, Rebekah Pittman, Henry Pittman, III, Marshal Stone, Simone Perkins, Aaliyah Pittman, Jaimie Pittman and Joey Pittman; his great great grandchildren, Lua Pittman, Rees Pittman and Nyemi Pittman; and his siblings, Dorr A. "Bud" Perkins of Westfield, Thomas Perkins of Osceola, Clayton Perkins (Debbie) of Beaver Dams, NY, Leon Perkins (Erma) of Rush, NY and Sally Clopper (Edward) of Greencastle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
