It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Rankin (Port Allegany, Pennsylvania), born in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Rankin and Evelyn M. Piper Rankin; and his great grandchild Wyatt Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Miller; his children, James E. Rankin, Jr. (Susan) of Port Allegany, Randy E. Rankin (Jill) of Muncie, IN, Robert S. Rankin (Lora) of Port Allegany and Kathy M. (William); his grandchildren, Brianne Riblet (Marc), Travis Rankin (Stephanie), Matthew Rankin (Rebecca), Valorie McKinney (Alex) and Jeremy (Andrea); and also Port Allegany.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
