She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd A. Studer and Iva Harris Studer; her husband Edward C. Waid; her son Randy Waid; and her siblings, Floyd, Fernley, Joseph Studer, Virginia Heany, Mildred Ludwig, Donna Williams, Esther Ross and Clasa Studer.

She is survived by : her children, Gary M. Waid of Port Allegany, Dale C. Waid (Faye) of Lewis Run, PA, Darlene M. Mills (Cary) of Limestone, NY and Pennie L. Bennett (Andy) of Duke Center; and her sister Rena Bliss of Eldred.

Memorials can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
