He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Austin and Mary Oliver Austin; and his brother Robert E. Austin. He is survived by: his wife Terrie M. Milne; his children, John M. Austin (Misty) of Emporium, Henry A. Troupe of Port Allegany, Samantha J. Fry (Jeff) of Austin, PA and Hannah M. Troupe of Port Allegany; and his siblings, Art Buck of Bradford, Deb Sherwood (Garry) of Eldred, Marie Ober (Russ Safran) of Bradford and Tina Freer (Paul) of Smethport. He is also survived by four granddaughters, two grandsons; and a great granddaughter.
