He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Robin G. Brundage; his mother Ella Mae Formoso of Mesa, Arizona; his children, Keith Robertson of Tucson, Josh Formoso (Rose) of Tucson, Michael Formoso of Cincinnati, Christopher Petteys of Pittsburgh, Cody Petteys of Eldred, Sonja Abeja (Fortino) of Greer, SC and Tasha Formoso of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his siblings, Tina Stanley (Tommy) of Harrison, Cindy Ziegler (Barry) of Mesa, Arizona and Anthony Formoso of Mesa, Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the McKean County SPCA, 80 Glenwood Avenue, Bradford, PA 16701.
