He is survived by: his son Fredrick A. Mead (Barbara) of Yulee, Fla.; his granddaughter Alexandria Publicover-Mead; his great grandchild Tilian F. Jones; and his siblings, Emmet L. Mead of Turtlepoint and Clare E. "Kitty" Patton (Gerald) of Port Allegany.
