It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy J. Culver (Port Allegany, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert W. Culver and Iva Mae Abbott Culver; and his brothers, Ralph and Jack Culver. He is survived by : his wife Felicia H. Rossette; his children, Robert Culver (Karen) of Martinsville, IN, David Culver (Beverly) of Port Allegany, James Culver (Sharon) of Port Allegany, Jackie Culver of Port Allegany and Lisa Rotello (James) of Franklinton, NC; and his grandchildren, Meagan Saltsman (Chad), Rebecca Brandenburg (Nick), Pamela Crants (Jason), William D. Postlewait, Breanna Beck (Trevor) and Destiny Culver.
