Carley of Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Lewis and Betty Freeman Lewis; her former life partner Sherman Buzzard; her husband Donald G. Carley; her daughters, Tami Buzzard of Port Allegany, PA, Mindi Carley of Port Allegany, PA and Vicki Manspeaker (Corey) of Reading, PA; her grandson Aiden Angell; her stepgrandchildren, Judah, Caelan and Kio Manspeaker; and her daughter Lorrie Carley.

She is survived by : her child Erie.
