She is survived by : her siblings, Olga Miklusak of Winter Park, FL, Helen Novince (Frank), Sonia Vernalis (Frank) of Portage, IN, Michael Maczuzak (Mary Jane) of Painesville, OH, Paul Maczuzak (Barbara) and Theodore Maczuzak; her children, Christopher Petrisek (Jennifer) of Murrysville, PA., Mary Catherine Cooper (Randall) of O'Fallon, MO. and Susan Elaine Lee (Michael) of State College, PA.; her grandchildren, Marcus Petrisek (Cathleen), Miranda Lindberg (Colten), Samuel, Amelia Cooper, Katie, Christian, Johannah and Nathan Lee; and her great grandchildren, Lillian Petrisek, Chloe and Cooper Lindberg.
In lieu of flowers Pat asked that donations be made to the Port Allegany Volunteer Fire Department, the S.W. Smith Memorial Library, and the St. Gabriel's Memorial Fund.
