Perkins; his children, Nicole Fowler (Steve), Jaclyn Pearsall (Aaron), Jennie Norton (Dave), Howard Wheeler and Justin Wheeler (Jessica); his grandchildren, Christian Amidon, Anderson Fowler, Grayson Pearsall, Jonathon Amidon, Sidney Fowler, Hannah Wheeler, Erika Wheeler, Cali Wheeler, Sophia Komenda, Alessia Norton, Kinley Pearsall, Maddeline Norton and Crailynn Norton; and his brother-in-law Richard Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
