It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Weaver (Port Allegany, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard L. Weaver and Clara Belle Wolfe Weaver; his wife Marlene J. Albertson; his brother Robert D. Weaver; and his siblings-in-law, Donna M. Weaver, David Albertson and Lois Albertson.
He is survived by : his children, Dianne Eaton (Fred) of Smethport and Todd Weaver of Smethport; his stepsons, Kim McNeil (Christeena) of Eldred and Timothy McNeil (Dawn) of Turtlepoint; his grandchildren, Bridgett Fowler, Brett Sircy, David Eaton, Kyley and Garrett Weaver; his stepgrandchildren, Suzanne Shall (Anthony), Mark McNeil (Bethany), Denise Evens (Jamie), Corey Raymo (Malinda), Joshua McNeil, Jeffrey McMahon (Molly) and Kellie Ricci (Nicholas); his great grandchildren, Hailie, Layla and Nora Fowler; his sister Patricia McDaniels (Jerald) of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Tobias Huff of New Port Richey, FL, Vonda Tobias Stoffa of Surprise, AZ, William (Debbie) and Phillip Tobias (Brenda) of Lafayette, CO.
