She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Slaugenhaupt and Marilyn J. Wertz Slaugenhaupt. She is survived by: her son Kobie Joe Slaugenhaupt of Port Allegany; and her siblings, Joseph P. Slaugenhaupt, Jr. (Tammy) of Bradford and Sussie Slaugenhaupt Hitt (Caleb) of Marietta, OH. She is also survived by niece, a nephew, 2 great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
