He was predeceased by : his parents, Warren F. Miller, and Katherine Miller, Sr. (Robinson); and his brothers, John, LeRoy, James, Thomas Saltsman, Francis and Denny Fourney.

He is survived by : his wife Karen Bowen; his sons, Robert J. Miller of Dunnstown, PA and Timothy Hartel (Amy) of Eldred, PA.; and his siblings, Terry Fourney of Mill Hall, PA, Brian Fourney and Sandra Love of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
