We bid farewell to Louella Sigler Cisney of Port Royal, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 23, 2026 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart E. Wagner and Emma Wagner (Arnold); her former husband Franklin L. "Whoop" Sigler; her husband David C. Cisney; her daughter Lisa Kay Sigler; and her siblings, Eleanor Wagner, Earl Wagner, Theodore "Pete" Wagner, Madelene "Queen" Graybill, Mary "Mac" Stong Ferster, Kenneth Wagner and Kermit "Babe" Wagner.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Sigler Hurrell (Wade) and Steven C. Cisney; and her brother Roy "Gene" Wagner (Carol).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Guss Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S 3rd St, Mifflintown, PA 17059). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
