She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael T. Tutko and Anna Gdovic Tutko; her husband Stephen P. Popovic; and her siblings, Michael Tutko, Mary Sherman, Irene Belany, Anna Mastrovich and Dorothy.

She is survived by : her sons, David Popovic (Caroline) of Port Vue, Thomas Popovic (Virginia) of Belle Vernon and Robert Popovic (late Darlene) of Port Vue; her grandchildren, Robert Popovic, Michelle Colecchi (Jamie), Jeffrey Popovic (Elizabeth), Jill Salaske (Joel) and Adele Popovic; and her great grandchildren, Clayton and Cameran Colecchi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 10th 2021 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, Inc. (1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131). A mass of christian burial was held on Saturday, April 10th 2021 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Polish National Church (1921 Eden Park Blvd, McKeesport, PA 15132). The family and our team members appreciate that all visitors follow the current CDC guidelines including wearing of masks, social distancing, and capacity limits.

“Helen Popovic and her husband and sons were the first people that I met when my family moved to Highland Ave in Port Vue. I would see her many times working in her yard. She kept her lawn and grounds in immaculate condition. Many times going by her yard would shame me into caring for my yard. Even though I hadn't seen her in some time, I will miss her. My deepest condolences to her family. I will keep them in my prayers.”
