She was predeceased by : her parents, John McEwen and Mary McEwen; and her sisters, Mary Frances (Belvin Bartholomew), Dorothy (Thomas Whittingham), Julia (Bill Breese), Eileen (William Scragg), Marjorie (Floyd Ryhal), Virginia McEwen and Ruth Emma McEwen.

She is survived by : her brothers-in-law, Calvin Nye of Portersville, PA and Joe Nye of New Matamoras, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
