(Gary Siepietowski) of Boyertown, PA; her grandchildren, Brad Dobry (Karen), Jason Dobry (Natalie), Jerod Dobry, Jonathan Dobry (Veronica), Juliene Hawkins (Randy), Corinne McCord, David Siepietowski and Dana Siepietowski; and her siblings, Earl J. "Jack" Case and Rose Cecelia.
