Hoffman (Pottstown, Pennsylvania), born in East Freedom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Sewell Lingenfelter; and her granddaughter Olivia Hoffman. She is survived by: her spouse James E. Hoffman; her parent Minnie Lingenfelter (Lewis); her children, David Hoffman and Christine Hoffman of Pottstown, PA; and her grandchildren, Julia Hoffman, Liam Hoffman, Alec Wallace and Justin Wallace.
