She is survived by: her husband Richard; her daughter Ronda Keiser; her mother Sara Jane Decker of Pottstown; her siblings, Richard Decker of Exeter, Barbara Schutt and Betty Kells; and also Lancaster. She is also survived by wife, mother, and daughter.
