He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas C. Bailey, Sr.; and his brother Craig H. Bailey. He is survived by: his parent Cynthia L. Bailey (Minnick); his daughter Brittany Maleigh; his brother Thomas Jr.; his spouse Karen (Potpinko); his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Kennedy, Jacqueline Kennedy and Melissa Benner (Andrew); his sibling's children, Brandon Bailey, Morgan Cox (Bailey), Zachary Bailey, Reece Benner, Andrew Benner and Rylee Benner; and also, Bailey, Jr., John "Doc" and Maryann Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Brian's memory to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430 or to your local SPCA.
