He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Kulp and Belva E. Kulp (Moses). He is survived by: his wife Bernice R. (Landis); his sons, Bryan W. Kulp and Craig T. Kulp; and his sister Peggy Ann Freese of Hopewell, VA. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
