She was predeceased by: her father LeRoy Fort. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Hetrick; her mother Patricia Fort (Ludwig); her daughter Stephanie Spollen (Timothy); her grandchild Riley Spollen; and her brother Tom Fort (Michele). She is also survived by her six nieces and two nephews.
