He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Heltzel and Pauline E. Heltzel (McIlnay); and his brothers, Glenn Heltzel and Joseph (late Jean Heltzel). He is survived by: his children, Dennis W. (Nancy M. Heltzel) of Pottstown, PA and Kay Ann (Edward A. Kulp) of Pottstown, PA; his grandchildren, Jennifer (George Frank), Joshua (Sarah Heltzel), Emily Heltzel, Kaitlyn (Michael Skolka), Kelly Kulp, Aaron Kulp, Aimee Kulp, Hannah Kulp and Mary Kulp; his great grandchildren, Titus, Caleb, Elianna, Olivia Frank and Adeline Heltzel; his sisters, Carol (John Miller) and Betty (Bruce O'Neal); and his sister-in-law Phyllis Heltzel. He is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews.
