He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard High Pennypacker and Irene May Pennypacker (Henry); and his sister-in-law Cynthia Pennypacker. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Costantini (Daniel), Leslie Pennypacker, David Pennypacker (Mary Davenport), Beverly Smith (Mark), Diane Hartman (Randy), Donald Pennypacker (Debra), Douglas Pennypacker, Lisa Pennypacker, Theresa Dengler, Roberta Patrick (Douglas) and Holly Hubbard. He is also survived by his 15 nieces and nephews; and his 4 great-nephews.
