He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Thomas Bailey and Elva Mae Bailey (Frain); and his siblings, Carolyn Lawler (Mark), Kay Lazowicki (Ray), Elva Cioa (Joseph) and Richard Bailey (Diane).
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Joe; and his daughter Crystal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
