He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. McDonald and Gertrude McDonald (Jenkins); and his wife Ella Louise Little. He is survived by: his children, Robert Little (Monique), Wendell Little, David "Skip" McDonald (Erica), Robin Yates, Beverly McDonald-Bartzer (Drew) and Jill McDonald-Bright (D'Andre); his sisters, Mary Reese, Carol Lyons and Virginia Robinson; and also Betsy McKissic. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
