He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Williams (Snell); and his parents, David R. Williams and Maude Williams (Shank). He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Krasley (Robert), Deborah Beitler (Gary) and Sharon Chaback (John, Jr.); his sisters, Lynne Williams (Glenn) and Cheryl Robison (Mark); and his grandchildren, David Green, Justin Green (Dan Chilcote) and Brianna Beitler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to New Hanover Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2941 Lutheran Rd., Gilbertsville, PA 19525.
