She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Heffentrager; her parents, Wilbur Vogt and Gladys Vogt (Geiser); and her siblings, Mary Ellen Vogt and Douglass Vogt.
She is survived by: her children, LeAnn Clark (Shane), Don Heffentrager (Tracy) and Lorraine Oczypok (David); her grandchildren, Bregan Brown (Bryan), Amber Clark, Stephen Clark, Michael Oczypok, John Oczypok and Alex Oczypok; and her great grandchildren, Elijah Brown and Aurelia Brown.
