He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise Donohue (Hostetter); his parents, Irene Donohue (Zieser) and Edward H. Donohue; and his siblings, Edward Donohue, Robert Donohue, Betty DeBeck, Dorothy Grater, Nancy Schubert, George Darwin Donohue, Ronald Charles Donohue and Shirley Ann Donohue.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Jacob A. Verdesi and Benjamin R. Verdesi; his daughter Mary Hampton (Walter); his grandchildren, Jessica, Walter and James; his great grandchildren, Jack and Isaac; and his close friend Joanne Weaver.
