He is survived by: his son Gregory Smith (Crystal) of Collegeville; his stepfather Albert Neff; his grandson Bradley Smith; his brother David Smith (Tina); his half-sisters, Becky Hughes and Cindy Collins; and his sister-in-law Janet Howard.
