Loeper of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 21, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Loeper, Sr. and Virginia Loeper (Zecoski); his stepmother Marjorie Loeper; and his sister Paula Loeper. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Loeper (Kotanchick); his brother Louis Loeper, Jr. (Linda); and his brothers-in-law, Thomas Kotanchick and Henry Kotanchick. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
