He is survived by: his parents, Fredric Kofke (Patricia A.) of Sinking Spring and Rita A. Paris of Reading; his daughter Drew Ann Kofke; his siblings, Matthew S. Kofke of Sinking Spring, Alicia L. Schanely (Adam) of Oley and Stephanie A. Owsiany (Christopher) of Wernersville; his stepbrothers, Matthew B. Stuckert of Wyomissing and Kyle D. Stuckert (Kerry) of Kenhorst; his nieces and nephews, Benjamin, Paige, Carlisle, Rowan, Grayson, Josophine, Gordon and Leela; and his former wife Kimberly A. Kofke. He is also survived by his loving parents and step mother.
