She was predeceased by: her husband Charles C. Barr; her parents, Joseph Polinitz and Mary Polinitz (Sitar); her close friend Andrew Gofus; and her siblings, Stephen Polinitz, Joseph Polinitz, Walter Polinitz, John Greco, Mary Dindino, Frances Harmonsky and Catherine Churach.
She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Barr (Sharon) and Mary Jane Barr-Silk (Jeffrey E. Silk); her grandsons, Sean Barr, Matthew Silk, Kevin Silk and Brett Barr; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Silk and Owen Silk.
