He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Ida Louise Lynch (Stierly); and his siblings, Winfield, Gerald, Ronald, Kenneth, Raymond Lynch and Mildred Shelly (Lynch).
He is survived by: his wife Doris Elizabeth Lynch (Doman); his children, Howard Lee Lynch, Jr. (Beth) and Holly Anne Long (Thomas); his grandchildren, Noah, Sawyer and Evan; and his sister Gladys Zadoyko (Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Howard's memory to the American Heart Association at American Heart Association.
