She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank T. and Elizabeth Kopcho Sr. (Lutza); and her siblings, Anna, Helen, Mary, Elizabeth, Dorothy, John, Paul and Frank.
She is survived by: her nephews, Gregory, Paul "Bill", Dennis and David Pavlik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
