She was predeceased by: her spouse Douglas Weikel; her parent Howard W.; her son-in-law Gregory Gramata; and her siblings, Harry Puffenberger and Opal Richard.

She is survived by: her parent Bertha Mae Puffenberger (Sites); her daughters, Barbara A. Gramata of West Lawn and Donna L. Lang; and also Lloyd Trate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Iva's name to St. James Lutheran Church, 1101 E. High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464.
