He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Kiper (Fox); his mother Harriet Jean Kiper (Koetje); his children, Justin Kiper and Josephine Kiper; his stepchildren, Natalie Ruchinski and Phillip Rupert; his grandchildren, Kayla Ruchinski, Caleb Ruchinski, Jacob Ruchinski, Michael Ruchinski, Nathan Knabb, Faith Rupert, Lydia Rupert, Layla Rupert, Cole Lehman, Lexi Rupert and Jackson Rupert; and his siblings, Deb Klomp, Kenneth Kiper (Tracy) and Cathy Maynard (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
