She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hampton and Alvena Hampton (Lightcap); and her brothers, William and Charles. She is survived by: her husband John Bentz Jr. of Pottstown; her children, Stacie Horne, Brandi (Zach Rhoads) and Shaun Bentz (Jody); her grandchildren, Allison, Gabriella, Justin, Lauren, Charlie and Jaxon; and her siblings, Deborah (Tom Lash) and Walt Hampton (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Berks County or the Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia.
