She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Zabrenski; her parents, Frank Zatika and Helen Zatika (Rutkowski); and her siblings, Frank and Helen Griffith.

She is survived by: her children, John (Henrietta) of Allentown, Theodore (Melissa) of Orwigsburg, Susan Visconti (Michael) of Pinehurst, NC and Patricia DeNicco (August) of Pottstown; and her great grandchild Chase.
