It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. Rutkowski (Pottstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rutkowski and Mary Rutkowski (Drozd); his son Matthew J.; and his siblings, Florence Smith (Paul), Walter Rutkowski (Mary), Joseph Rutkowski (Pearl) and Helen Reed (Earl).
He is survived by: his children, John E. Rutkowski (Susan) of Maryland, Alice A. Rutkowski of Vermont, Thomas P. Rutkowski of Connecticut and David M. Rutkowski (Katarina) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Stephen Rutkowski (Beverly), Michael Rutkowski (Sarah) and Kristofer Rutkowski (Adriana). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in John's memory to Saint Aloysius Church, 844 N. Keim St., Pottstown, PA 19464.
