He was predeceased by: his spouse Elizabeth "Liz" Yeager (Weissinger); his parents, John C. Yeager and Gertrude Yeager (Potts); his granddaughter Renee Garner; and his brother Robert Jeager.
He is survived by: his children, John W. Yeager, Jr. (Cindy, Mohnton), Robert Yeager of Boyertown, Ellen (George Weaver, Stowe) and Lorraine "Lori"; and his sisters, Roberta (Bill McHale, Westgrove), Kathleen "Kass" DeRosa of Philadelphia and Gertrude (John Lincoln, Philadelphia).
