She is survived by: her husband Timothy Manley; her children, Chelsea Manley Baxter (Terrell Baxter) and Timothy Manley Jr.; her stepfather David Bruce Weiser; her grandchildren, Terrell Baxter Jr., Grace Anna Baxter, Elias Baxter, Amadiah and Jessiah Sanders; her siblings, Kelly Moser (David Moser), Kolleen Putalavage (Vince Putalavage), Kerri Wesler Penberth (Tom Penberth) and Kevin Weiser; her uncle Leo Grace Jr. (Francine Grace); her siblings' children, Ashley Wesler, Kim Moser, Jayden Weiser, Aaron Putalavage and Blake Wesler; her great-nieces, Kaydence, Abby, Aliah, Chasity and Ava; and her cousins, Cindy Kulp Becker, Jim Kulp, Tim Kulp, Stephaine Catonzarite, Matthew Schlegel, Marie Schlegel, Steven Grace and Shannon Sematis. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family and friends.
