Miller (Nichols); his parent Mae Miller (Cashwiler); his daughters, Krista Miller, Joseph, Lesley Bixler and Ken; his stepson Todd Kulp; his brothers, Larry Cashwiler, Ruth, David Miller, Karen, Richard and Debbie; and his grandchildren, Emily, Lexie Miller, Justin, Drew Bixler and Rainna Kulp.
