She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew R. Horchak of Kadima Rehabilitation; and her parents, Daniel Auman and Florence Auman (Kase). She is survived by: her children, Scot A. Horchak of Pottstown, PA, Andrew R. Horchak, Jr. and Lucinda L. Quintrell of Pottstown, PA; her siblings, Butch Auman, James Auman, Donald Auman (Dolly) of Pottstown, PA and Maryann Bell of Douglassville, PA; and her grandchildren, Johnathan Quintrell, Christopher Quintrell, Alyssa Quintrell and Andrew R. Horchak III.
Donations in lieu of flowers can be made payable to Warker-Troutman Funeral Home 726 E. High St., Pottstown, PA to help defray her final expenses.
