She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Josephine Fontana, Sr. (Fontana); her children, Dennis J. Bolonski (Paula), Donald R. Bolonski (Karen) and Karen M. Bolonski-Horner; her daughter-in-law Regina Bolonski (David); and her brother Paul "Boz" Fontana (Gloria). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Linfield United Church of Christ 25 Reformed Road, Linfield, PA 19468.
