He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kline, Jr. and Concetta Kline; and his brother Samuel Kline III (Charlotte). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Kline; his sons, Cody Miller (Carolyn), Michael Kline and Matthew Kline; his granddaughter Josslyn; and his brother Joseph Kline (Elly).
