He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitro Lengyel and Sophia Lengyel (Chobailko); and his siblings, John, Mary and Anne.

He is survived by: his sister Sophia Slobodin of Pottstown; his grandchildren, Kevin Lengyel (Jennifer) and Keri (Michael Gonzalez); and his great grandchildren, Jordan and Seth.
