She is survived by: her children, James D'Innocenzo (Donetta), Mary (Terry Koziara), Kathy (Rick Kritschil), Gina (Matt Lohr) and Patti Jo (Chris Keelar); and her brothers, Richard, Thomas and Robert Heath.
