It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Oxenford (Pottstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oxenford and Minnie Oxenford (Lamp); and his brother William Oxenford. He is survived by: his wife Mary Oxenford (Smith); his stepson Stanley Davidheiser (Tracy); his children, Richard C. Oxenford Jr. and Stephanie Oxenford; his grandchildren, Trey Davidheiser, Zared Davidheiser, Matthew Oxenford, Ashli Rizzuti, Alex Rodriguez and Zachary Rodriguez; and his brother Paul Oxenford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's name to Southeastern Veterans Center, 1 Veterans Dr, Spring City, PA 19475.
