He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Beth Selwyn; and his grandson Kyle Eck. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Ellen Moore (Nesley); his children, Richard Moore, Jr. (Terri) of Warwick Township and Wendy Mroz (John) of Barto; his siblings, Robert Moore and Ruth Ann Green; his grandchildren, Jennifer Selwyn, Amanda Selwyn, David Selwyn and Tiffany Eck; his great grandchildren, Lillian Mauger, Owen Mauger and Mason Kopystecki; and also Tower Health.
